I have been quite a big fan of the Skybed MkII, it is nice and wide, and long enough for me too......but....for the first time I have started to feel a few lumps and bumps where the seat slides to extend to a lay flat bed. My last flight was a little uncomfortable as a result. I wonder whether these lumps and bumps are a result of wear and use?

Anyone else had similar experiences?

I won't fly a SKB1 unless paid to. There are many better alternatives - in QFs fleet even...

Never felt a bump although (as I do on all airlines) use the blanket as an additional layer.

Love Skybed Mk II - it's long enough for me at 6"5 to lay flat!!

Like Skybed Mk I for transcontinental flights.

Disappointed with SB MkII on last two trips. Definitely getting lumps after repeated use.

QF seats just don't compare to the best J seats out there, like the new CX ones.

Hmmm i find the cabins very warm on overnight flights. Whereas CX are nice and cold. Easier to put a blanket on than trying to strip off due to the heat!

Bev had a problem with SKI; it could almost have been designed for me.

MKII is just as comfortable, just flatter.
Posted on a wing and a prayer ...
