Why wouldn't you just have a massage gratis in the lounges spa? And I can't see how you'd be in and out of the F lounge restaurant in 20 minutes.

If you go there all the time, you know the drill. I sit near the entrance where the counter is top of the escalator. Don't bother with the table in the restaurant. I order eggs benedict in the morning. Its prepared for me in no time at all because they know I don't like to sit there for long, and yes I do go there that often. The massage I was talking about was in Manila and Bangkok, yes those airports are pretty dreadful, however the massages there are better than any lounge that I've been in. I should add, this is only my personal view and preference. Thank God everyone is different.

I usually like to sit by the glass windows on those chairs that (strangely) recline slowly so you aren't aware..usually firing off those last minute emails etc before boarding.
I only eat at the tables if its quiet and it is a meal time anyhow, I wouldn't eat simply for the sake of being there, not comfortable to bloated on a long haul flight.

Also, I tend to walk out well ahead of boarding calls, as I like to wander around the terminal too, just to see what activities are going on outside.

As i've posted before on AFF, you don't *have* to go to a lounge every time.
