I am an Australian based flyer who will likely be doing more international travel (none domestic) on MH/VS/NZ/VA.

I was thinking of joining VS Flying Club. Does VJ Velocity offer anything over and above VS or pretty much the same (in terms of earn/bur and elite status qualification requirements and benefits)?

I find VS good for hire cars, at 1100 miles per rental thats a OW J flight to HKG after 35 odd rentals, when you are paying $40 a rental in DRW thats a good bonus. Apart from that there is not much going for VS, their treatment of elite flyers is average to say the least, their clubhouses are great but very limited in terms of locations.

Why not join both and credit as you see fit?
