How does Accor treat you as an Elite guest?

I rate the Pullman KLCC Lounge along with services for statused customers. I have had several stays.

In February on a one night stay I was able to get some complimetary laundry done - collected 4pm, delivered back 8pm (I'd expected next day).

The property itself can get really busy.
Agree. I like the 2 plated offerings in the lounge each evening beautifully displayed plus you can have as many as you want.
The only disappointment for me at Pullman KLCC is no barista coffee anywhere in the hotel (unless that has changed since my last stay in Nov 25). Note the lesser rated Novotel around the corner has barista coffee in the lobby cafe.

Only $140pn for the base entry room and I’m keen to find out what their treatment of elites is like so good to hear that treatment sounds good. Hopefully swing a upgrade to a suite from them

Can’t say much more that what I have from previous visits but amazing treatment from arrival at CGK to departure. As fairly frequent visitors we do feel they throw a bit more in and that’s starts from being offered complimentary transfers from the airport. The pickup especially just saves so much hassle as they are always ready when we arrive. Again we booked the lowest room category knowing that elites get upgraded to an Artist suite as a minimum normally and often to a Gallery Suite. Once again we got upgraded to the Garden Suite or top category which normally goes for $3-4k per night and for the time we were there would’ve cost $12k. Butler service amazing again and used them to unpack, fold clothes etc plus things like run baths or have some drinks ready in our room. The property has direct access to the Lotte Mall and on one of the days we did quite a bit of shopping and the butler arranged to meet us and take it all back to our room. Writers bar closed for renovations for about another week or so which was a pity but had our welcome drinks at the Pool bar and relaxed down there for a few hours each day. The head barman remembered us and slipped us a couple of specially made coughtails not on the menu.
Raffles lounge I do think has been slightly “enhanced” as no desert lost on the menu anymore. Afternoon tea has a smallish selection of snacks plus teas and coffees whilst happy hour has a decent lost of coughtails plus you can pretty much order anything and I’m sure their spirits are free pour as they were very strong how I like it. Fairly basic dinner selection off the menu plus other hot snacks and pastries.
Breakfast amazing again at the Raffles club and they will pretty much cook you what you want and try to get you to try every single dish in the place so you roll out of the place afterwards 🤣

Is that last image a tiny little travellers palm?

That's a great idea to get the butler to pack and unpack your bags. Wish I thought of that!
