Never seen anything like that.
When you log in to your HHonors account on Hilton.com the bar along the top of the page states:
"Welcome Princess Fiona squillion points/ Diamond" or words to that effect

am actually at HSP on 2 bookings

one with family that took me to diamond then moved to hotel with an upgrade to a relaxation suite


welcome page only says "hello scum gold coolumbla"

Remember stays take a few days to come through on your account.

You can usually see at least some of the hotel comments if you go to edit/view the booking (you don't need to do anything there) and then go back and make a dummy booking through until you reach the "comments" field, which will generally show some comments. Sometimes quite funny to read!

Thanks for this tip, just checked my booking for Conrad Bangkok this weekend. They've noted that I have quite an early ETA and there is some other jumble code in there!
