How do I speak to Qantas

I have been attempting to contact Qantas with a voucher query, however after the third unsuccessful wait on the 13 number ( the last time for 35 minutes) I have given up.
I cannot find an email contact on the website so where do I go for assistance?

I called QF twice this morning to sort out a booking, I was through in 30 seconds tops, and that's as a PS.

Ive never had any more than a few seconds wait.

if you have had delays in getting through try ringing after 10pm.

Its the only call centre where I actually say "thank you for taking my call" as they are usually so quick in answering my call and can usually fix any issues quickly.
