Thanks ppl for this,

I am looking at booking a BA return flights HKG<=>LHR on ba.com,

how can I check which class I am going booking on ?

I want to tell whether it will be discounted economy (GKLMNOQSV) or full economy (BHY)

so I know how many QFF pts will I get...

:)

During the booking process on the "Choose your flights" or "Your price quote" pages mouseover or click the flight numbers of each segment.

Look for the letter beside "Selling Class" and you are good to go ....

(... sigh, why can't Qantas do this? :-|)

serfty has given the info, just click on the flight number once you select flights and you can see the class.

But to add to serftys comment about why why can't QF do this, why can't QF combine some classes like O & V together on a return trip... ba.com can no problems.

Thanks Evan and Serfty,

Another question,

I am looking at multi city booking HKG=>LHR , and back with FCO=>LHR=>HKG
in the same booking.

IF BA put FCO=>LHR=>HKG in the same booking with I assume can ignore
the connection time in between and I do not have to collect luggage and re-check ? and boarding pass for LHR=>HKG will be issued in FCO ?

You are correct ... some years ago I was travelling FCO-LHR-BKK and my LHR-BKK BP was issued in Rome.
