2 bottles of water in room on arrival, unfortunately one was sparkling. Yuck. A couple of Whittaker's choccies.

I chose the room at the way end of the corridor. No views, barely a window, but a long entrance that made the room feel larger.
To my Teen's disappointment, unlike the DT Christchurch last year, there were no GF cookies available at arrival (2:30am due to flight delay) or even the next day.

I expected the room to have a foldout sofa bed, but when you book for 3 adults, it includes a complimentary rollaway bed.
We were delighted to be able to check in at 12 midday when we arrived from BNE, before our 2pm matinee at the Regent.
We spent time with family that evening, so didn't attend Aperitivo in the Exec Lounge. Mr Katie did get some drinks from the bar to bring back to the room at 9pm or so.
Exec Lounge brekky was fine for 2 of us, but not-so-great for Teen with sensory issues. Wouldn't even try the bacon. The Teen generally has an omelette at hotel brekky buffets. She ended up making a GF toastie in the QF J lounge, as we left for the airport a bit before 9am.

Just stayed 1 night at Hilton Munich airport as a diamond.
Very comfy room and bed.
Didn't get a room upgrade that I could tell, unless perhaps to the top floor. Booked king single room

Very convenient though.
Lounge was basic but nice. coughtail hour food was enough for dinner, had been eating heavy German food all week anyway
Had breakfast at the lounge too, again basic. No egg station or made to order etc.

Absolutely loved my stay here. It was first time as I was looking for options outside of Accor to explore.

I arrived fairly late at night and was greeted by the most cheerful employee on reception. She quicly processed me through and was so excited to tell me that they had upgraded me. She was truly a breath of fresh air and her enthusiasm was infectious

The room was lovely and very generous in size. Bathrooms had a lot of towels

Exec Lounge was OK. I only ate breakfast there and the options were rather limited but it was a nice start to the day

Every staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful so I think this will become my Perth go to

This hotel has been reviewed to death so limited photos. I was pleasantly surprised to get the hot breakfast as others earlier had to pay an upgrade fee. Unsure if it is change of policy or I was lucky.

Status: This was the reservation that clicked me over to LT Diamond.
Received: Executive King.
Duration: 8 nights
I was quite surprised to get an upgrade as I hadn't stayed before and was having a longish stay. As hadn't stayed before I can't say how significant the upgrade was.
Rate: London sticker shock around $640.
Review: I have mixed feelings about the hotel. Location suited me well. I enjoyed the choice of several good restaurants in Canary Wharf, and it was convenient from LHR via the Elizabeth Line and to Lords via the Jubilee Line for the Test match I went to see. (Australia lost!) Staff were universally friendly and helpful. The breakfasts in the restaurant were very good Hilton quality. I developed a relationship with the omelet chef. The room was large and well serviced daily. What I didn't like was the very dated state of the room and bathroom, and hotel generally. It reminded me of the Parmelia before they renovated it. However, it was very quiet. The EL I thought was poor. No atmosphere at all, dated and poor food and poorly serviced. Only went to it twice.
I'll probably try somewhere else next time.

Stunning hotel and grounds in the famed (and highly overpriced) Costa Smerelda region of Sardinia. Sea and megayacht views from every corner of the room and grounds, and 15-20 mins drive from many amazing white sand beaches with the clearest blue water imaginable. Small hotel of around 30 rooms, fully booked out for the time I was there so no upgrade possible.

Overall a positive stay, however overpriced it may have been and however "Italian" the service was. Excellent pool and gym, fantastic breakfast with eggs cooked to order, great coffee (barista made of course) and a variety of local Sardinian meats and cheeses.

Service somewhat lacklustre, having to walk into the restaurant in wet togs to flag someone down to order from the poolside menu (at 24 euros for a sandwich not overly impressed with this), and room not made up on day 2 and blame deflected to me for apparently having "do not disturb" on the door (which I did not). TVs not streaming capable and no English channels available which at this price point seems odd.

Just checked in and I thought I would post it now since I may not have time for breakfast, which starts at 7am.

Nice, modern room. Not a fan of the choice of artwork. Ok outside noise on level 7 unless some biker decides to rev their bike. Great views from the balcony.

The most disappointing thing tonight has been the room service rump steak. Presentation: 2/5. Steak quality: 2/5. Never had such a chewy wagyu rump. And they put the fries under the steak and with the salad and dressing there, that made the fries soggy. The steak was cooked unevenly. Asked for medium rare and got somewhere between rare and medium rare. Maybe I ordered too close to closing time - 20 mins before... $49 including Coke and delivery charge. The Coke didn't even come in a bottle! (For reference, Hilton LQS does a really good room service steak, albeit more expensive)

Other than the steak, I like the room and would return.

I think it's $25 per guest. I only booked for one. If you look at the menu I uploaded, there's something continental for $25 including beverage.

It was our second stay at Conrad Marina Bay (SG) (updated name).
No upgrade which was the same as last time.

Worth mentioning as the room next to us was smoking at very early hours of the morning (we have a 1year old who turned one in this hotel funnily enough). Crazy experience, never in all our years of travel has this happened.
Got upgraded to a suite due to this, but was second night in.

Status: Diamond. They usher you up to the EL for check in, which was great at as it was very busy. Concerige asks for status on arrival(and looked quite surprised we were diamond lol). My wife asked she was told only Diamond status for this.

Received: City view suite
Breakfast: Included. Buffet
Lounge: well below average lounge in terms of offerings. Quality is good though.
Late/early checkin/out: not required, but offered.

Status: Diamond. Worth noting at check in due to Diamond, there was a special tea served to us (very sweet unfortunately). At which point our personal concierge was introduced who had reached out via email prior to arrival (unrelated to diamond I'd suspect). The gift was a fruit platter and she asked what our 1year old eats. We said banana which wasn't on the fruit platter. So she delivered us a whole bunch which was great! Saved us a trip to the grocery store.

Rate: CNY 1,856.89

Received: Premier Panorama Studio (best upgrade we have ever had)

Breakfast: Included. Buffet and with a menu to order proper breakfast (French toast, waffles etc)

Lounge: nil. Would have been great as it is very hot in Beijing.

Late/early checkin/out: not required, but offered.

Best Hilton we have ever stayed at. The service was incredible.

A very dated hotel, haven't been here since 2015 and it's exactly the same. However it's very affordable especially given status benefits.
The view however is fantastic and location equally good for station etc. Would continue to stay here. Service nothing to note.
