The manager of Hilton on the Park has requested a meeting to discuss some concerns I have with the property. The main being the useless WiFi on offer.

Im keen to know if this is a widespread issue, or am I just unlucky? Seems worse when I'm in the relaxation suites way down the end of the hall. In the lounge is fine, but in room is hit or miss.

:confused::confused:

When I stayed in a suite last month, I gsve up on the WiFi and used my 4G phone to use the internet...the Wifi was slow and kept dropping out.

If its being sold I doubt they will upgrade the WiFi, which should really have an AP in every room these days.

Don't have issues with dropouts, but slow speed? Absolutely.

It's always been useless for me (I've only ever stayed in the suites). I don't even bother with it anymore - I just use my own 4G.

I was there last week and got upgraded to a relaxation suite, whilst the wi-fi was typically slow it worked ok.
