I was one of those who was supposed to travel on QF825 today (only in Y unfortunately). I was offered an alternative route via the SYD red eye but unfortunately this wasn't the best option with a dog In freight. Good thing I decided to delay my flight to LAX until Sunday!

The time I did my TSV-BNE-DRW-BNE-TSV JASA a couple of years ago we were just getting to BNE at the end of a long day's flying when a freak storm hit and we circled BNE for 90 minutes or so. Was glad to be in J but I got sick of seeing the same scenery below over and over. Luckily the TSV flight waited (as it couldn't leave anyway) but it was the longest flying day of my life!
At least we didn't have to have a stopover.
