HKG delays today after freighter runs off runway

I believe you are looking at the middle runway, whereas the incident occurred on the northernmost one, at least according to the Aviation Herald . See first image in post number 18.
I think I know about runways, point is there was fence stopping security cars from accessing the controlled area of the airport. The plane left skid marks at the crash gate in my photo. The outside road is more of a goat track, but it’s there

I’m sure you do. But you posted twice ‘correcting’ me illustrating your point with the wrong runway and even implying that it was the correct runway ( my bolding)

And now I guess we’ll have to wait for the report to see where the vehicle actually was.

I’m not dying in the ditch about the possibility I raised above, Merely that it was an interesting bit of speculation
