Began life in 1993 as an ANA passenger aircraf, and was the first to carrier a Pokemon livery afaik. Converted to freighter in 2011 and had a few operators since.

While the aircraft carries an EK flight number, it's all in AirACT livery, much like QFs arrangement with Atlas Air for the 747-8 cargo aircraft.

I’m having a bit of trouble working out the dynamics of this one. The story seems to be that the vehicle was on the perimeter road, so it’s incidental to the event. The aircraft has touched down at the right spot, and maintained centreline for about 4,000’, before a quite abrupt divergence. It’s not reverse thrust; you barely notice if it’s asymmetric. Blown tyres are easily handled. The crosswind is minimal.

Speculation in comments on AvHerald that the service vehicle may have been on the runway, and the behaviour of the B747 a consequence of when the 2 came in contact at ?100 knots; maybe the vehicle wedged in the nose wheel assembly, causing the veering. I know, commentators are usually crazy, but seems plausible to this punter, in the absence of more info

From the clip of this I saw on Youtube this morning, it appeared to be one thing, but looking at FR24 myself shows that it wasn't what I expected from the quick clip.

Doesn't add much. No audio from EK aircraft post landing, just ATC dealing with other traffic.
Text states that ground vehicle was near the fence line.

Also BBC coverage of an airport press conference, confirming the ground vehicle was patrolling the fence line road.
