If I dine at Glass Brasserie (but not as a Hilton Sydney hotel guest at the time), does any one know if the bill is still settled through the Hilton billing system? Just checking if this dinner will trigger the current Amex Hilton offer of spend $500, get $100 back. (I know its no problem if I was a hotel guest at the time as the purchase would get billed to the room). Thanks

Oh the T&C of the amex promo specifically list the participating restaurants at each property also. Glass Brasserie is included. Answered my own question :)
