Came across this article in an email from CB Richard Ellis, regarding the ownership changes of Hilton MEL Airport and South Wharf.
Was most interested in the HSW part purchase. From the number of members here (me included) who rave about their hard product and service standards (particularly Claire in the Exec Lounge), I think the 23rd Dec drinks will have driven a significant number of room nights that may have ordinarily remain unsold. Might have been a good buy then
