Going to Kuching from Singapore for 4 nights.

Should I stay at Pullman (Accor Platinum) OR Hilton (Gold)?

Any recommendations.

I stayed four nights at the Hilton in January and was pleased. I posted some details in the Hilton treatment thread.

The hotels are a stone's throw from each other. The Hilton overlooks the Sarawak river on at least one side (the Pullman may also). The Hilton had a nice lunch with up above average food offerings. The pool was pretty average, though. It looked dirty but I'm sure that was just discolouration of the tiles. A tiny but reasonably well-equipped gym. Nice staff. As a Diamond I was entitled to breakfast in the restaurant which was extensive.

If you have any specific questions I'd be happy to try to answer.

If you have decent status with either stay there.

As HH Diamond the Hilton was fine, never stayed anywhere else. It's very cheap all around so you can probably shell for an exec room.

Thanks all for the info.

Booked the Hilton Executive Room AP Breakfast/Dinner (lashed out:D)- got a good rate and hope its nice. Can give you and update when I return if you like.

PS booked Brisbane to Singapore via .br website and Singapore/Kuching via malaysian airlines all great prices - thanks for your help on this Forum:)

Cheers
