HILTON has priced its initial public offering (IPO) at $US20 a share, for a total take of $US2.35 billion ($A2.61 billion) on the sale of 117.6 million shares. That's in the middle of its expected range.
The payoff surpasses the $US2.1 billion generated by Twitter's IPO last month. The biggest IPO of the year so far was Plains GP Holdings LP at $US2.9 billion.
