With Google Flights, you can do a search from a location to anywhere, it it helps though you must select the departing location. In "Where to?" just select the "Anywhere" option. This is really showing you the cheapest flights to well, anywhere.Currently trying to book PE or Bus on any airline to Europe for end of May 2024 for 2 weeks.
Searching using ITA but looks like you can't do a search with different countries of origin anymore
