Came across this forum when googling about frequent flyer programs. As a family of 4 we dont travel a lot but had/have 2 trips to the USA this year, which prompted me to look into other ways other then flights to earn points. Have recently got the velocity platnium card and hubby has applied for the DJ amex. Looking at getting 2 others awell that get us bonus points and suit our needs atm. Have already picked up some great tips here:)

Welcome aboard Amanda Eime the current Velocity Amex is a good deal - you can find referrals here to get 110K instead of the 100K

Hi Amanda and welcome to AFF.
Why not get hubby to apply for the 110k Amex as well - using your own link so you get another 20k ;)

Hi thankyou everyone
