Hi! Where is that link to discounted AFF membership?

Hi. A few days ago I noticed a message at the top of the page about a $10 discount on AFF gold membership valid until EOFY, that would be refunded by Paypal.
I can't seem to find any posts/pages mentioning it anymore. Does anyone have a link to the information?
