Thanks for this forum which has a heap of great info and advice. :)
Have been a long term KrisFlyer member but havent flown for a few years and a lot has changed with waitlists I see.
I am looking to travel MEL-LHR rtn business class in late May/June and have aprrox 300,000 miles.
I did a search to use miles and pay the balance, they were still quoting nearly $15000, which seems ridiculous. :(
I cant find any Saver fares around my dates but can get a Standard one-way to LHR for 265000, so then need to organise a return, so probably have to book a one-way, for which I wouldnt necessarily fly SIA.
Any advice would be appreciated.
BTW, I have found an online agent (prob USA) who is Quoting a SIA rtn Bus fare of $7740 which is probably cheaper than some one ways.
TIA

Belated welcome to AFF alspacas!

The question regarding KrisFlyer and SQ is probably best asked in Singapore Airlines forum.
