Has anyone received their 30% back? I recently stayed in London (Trafalgar) on a Points + Pay for 5 nights and no sign of the points back. I did receive the 1000 bonus points within a day or two. Now over a week since check-out.

Going by the FT htread, the rebate either posted almost immediatly or you had to chase it up. :-|

Had 3 nights P&P in AKL 27-29 April. 1000 bonus points posted after a couple of days. 15000 points back into my account on 8th May.
Now I just have to chase up the points from the $700 food & beverage bill on my room!
