Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. When I book paid stays, there is an icon that comes up where you can upgrade. In Asia and Europe, the Exec lounge room is automatically ticked. I made two award bookings last week, one for Paris(Hilton CDG) and Doubletree Kuala Lumpur. The upgrade icon is not coming up in my booking. Is this option not available for award stays and does an award stay reduce your chances of being upgraded to an Exec room. Many thanks for any help
