I think I was looking at old information. If I recall correctly, it's two seatings per day (lunch and dinner) Tuesday-Saturday, so that'd be ~260 meal times in total (by 42 people). ....
We have to pre-pay for all four pax when they call to confirm.

This was his Roman meal.
Blumenthal creates a feast inspired by the gluttonous meals of the ancient Roman Empire.
Aperitif: Pig's Nipple Scratchings
Entrée: Calf's Brain Custard
Main Course: The Trojan Hog
Pudding: cough Cake
The Hog was presented as a whole pig on a stake and stuffed with mincemeat. It was placed over the table so that the belly hovered over a serving dish. He then sliced through the belly and out tumbled the stuffing - in the form of sausages so it looked like a mass of steaming intestines tumbling out. The participants didn't look like they ate all that much.

It was good news for 14,000 fans of Heston Blumenthal and bad news for a whole lot more as those who entered an online ballot for a chance to eat at the lauded chef's temporary Fat Duck restaurant in Melbourne learned their fate on Monday and Tuesday.
A Crown spokeswoman said there were nearly 90,000 applications in the online ballot, which ran from October 8 to October 26.
