Hertz #1 Club Rentals To Date haven't reset

I spoke too soon, my rental this morning from Granville NSW was upgraded from D to a P (Calais)... have booked a group H for tonight in Melb so will see if I'm lucky enough to get an UG tonight as well!

I phoned Hertz this morning and spoke to "Eric". He confirmed that 30 rentals are required to qualify for President's Circle in Australia. He said that the status should be updated by February/March and that i should have the status for at least one year.

He did also mention that his manager was begining to process the upgrades today - however they have to be processed by a system in the US.

He asked me to ring Hertz in February if i hadn't got my upgrade by then...
