Hi All

Long time lurker, first time poster!

I have a booking with SQ BNE-CDG-MUC-BNE on PE. I booked trough Escape Travel as I was not able to book PE all the way from BNE on SQ. I know others have had the same problem. I have tried to upgrade the return segment, and am waitlisted on the SQ website. Have called twice as there is now a saver award available for the return (April 25). The person I spoke with yesterday said she was not able to do it online herself, but made sure of my details etc for a call once done.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to expedite this or should I just keep annoying them?!
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Welcome to AFF.

I'm not sure of the answer, but I would call Singapore Airlines again if it's not done in the next 1-2 days.

Thanks very much - not long after posting I got a text and email from SQ to say that the Sin-Bne segment was available for upgrade so called and got that done. Have had another chaser sent for the Muc-Sin segment. The whole return is available for a saver award on the website so hopefully I may be able to upgrade soon.

Good to hear, hope the return upgrade comes through!
