Hi all,

I have some upcoming flights that have been made as part of a 'group' booking. I have the Main PNR/booking reference number, which works fine in the QF website, and the correct flights are listed under my name.

However, when I log in with my QFF number and try the same thing, no flights are listed? I would like to reach the 'manage my booking/select seats' part of the process, and also make sure these flights are contributing to my points/status credits.

Any thoughts?

Once your QF ff nbr is in the pnr it will show up in the upcoming bookings in your ff profile.

You'll need to go to 'manage my booking' first then add in your ff nbr first then go back and select seats.

Thanks ozbeachbabe.

Apologies in advance for another question, but how do I get my QF ff nbr in the pnr? I understand the rest, but this booking is not showing up in my ff profile.

There are two main ways to do this
1. On the home page you have the option to sign in to your QFF account or to Manage my booking. This is the one to choose. You add your PNR and name and that will take you to the booking. There should be a spot to add your FF number (Haven't used this method but from what I understand it works)
2. Log into your QFF account and under Your bookings there is a box where you can add your PNR to link it to your FF account. (Have done this before)

Apologies OzBB if I have cut in on your advice - just happened to be on here now.
