Help trying to get Europcar miles to credit

Hi,

My wife and I had a long Europcar hire in France several months back and the miles have not credited to her AA account - hire in her name as she was the only driver.

I rang AA and they said had to contact EuropCar to chase up the miles.

Rang EuropCar in UK (AA gave me the number) and they said I had to email the invoice to:

[email protected]


Several weeks later still no miles.

Is there any better system to chase up the miles? I just rang EuropCar again and all they could suggest is to email again.

can you find a twitter account for them - I bagged Europcar on twitter and got an almost immediate response

I’m having similar problems been 4 months now, multiple emails and no miles. I rented 13 days in Portugal on the 150 Miles per day promo.

Europcar customer service is a joke. Time to vent on Europcars Facebook and Twitter I think.
