My daughter, husband and two littlies are arriving from Bali on Air Asia today, flight arriving 6 hours late now at approx 5pm. They have a booking on Tiger to Melbourne at 7.45pm. Hopefully will clear customs quickly but how do they get from T1 to T2? And how long does it take?
I can't seem to work it out from the shuttle transfer website, or will it be quicker to walk?

It's been a saga and all will be very tired as left for airport at 4am and then 7am flight delayed for about 6 hours.
They were due home weds, tried and airport closed just before boarding on Friday and luckily on a flight today (and luckily have flight insurance). Tough travel day with a 2 and 3 year old when orig flights were direct mel-DSP

hope someone might reply soon so I can text them when they arrive

thank you

Both terminals are on the same side of the airport, no shuttle required.
Walk south from international to the new T2 domestic airport, both terminals on the eastern side of the terminal.
Probably 5-10 minute walk.
