Help! Name change or cancellation?

I've booked flights on one booking for two persons who are supposed to attend a company function ... however, they've pulled out of the function. I made the booking with my credit card, added my Qantas Business Rewards info ... what is the best way to cancel these flights?

- Cancellation will credit the flights to the passengers' QFF accounts (?).
- Name change comes with a fee.

Any suggestions?

I have been in the same boat quite a few times, I hope someone has a solution I hadn’t thought of

This is something Virgin handle much better with their travel bank

I'd change the names and send the non-attendees an invoice for the fees.
