Help me with QF OneWorld 280K award [QF website shows QF award availability that is not bookable]

I have been trying to get a 280K RTW and spent Sunday afternoon without being able progress beyond 3 sectors. After 6 attempts I gave up.
Today I spent 3/4 of an hour with the chat person who couldn't see my selection then told me it would cost me 6000 points despite my explanation.
This afternoon I was able to bring up the trip in 2 sequences and then rang the QFF help desk.
I was told that despite the flights showing on the web page they weren't available on 2 sectors.
I then went back to multi city and was able to find what I wanted right through and the cost.
I pushed continue to pay and BANG, your seats are unavailable. Try a different date and start again.
AAARRRGGGHHH.
Please help me. 2pax, J on points.

I am seeing availability on all sectors on the dates you listed. Try calling QF and speak with an operator to book the itinerary.

There may also be a married segment issue with QR for the SIN-DOH & DOH-VCE flights. I suggest searching for these flights as SIN-VCE. I see availability for SIN-xDOH-VCE on 13 Mar.

I also am seeing plenty of availability for GLA-LCY in J on 29 Mar.

I spoke to QF and they have no vacancy to SIN on 12/03/19 in J.
Ex GLA I saw J but not able to link with LHR JFK. Thanks for your suggestions.

Both QF operators said that what was on the QF website was not what they were seeing. I had the page open with what I wanted whilst talking with them.

I had the same issue late last year when trying to book my RTW trip. The QF Multi City tool was showing up availability but kept telling me it was unavailable whe I clicked continue. Called QFF and they couldn't see any availability on their system, but could see what I was seeing (ie: QF site saying there is availability). The operators weren't sure what was happening with it but suggested I try in a couple days time. I did so, but had the same issues. I ended up changing the flights around and went LHR-BNE via Japan for a few days instead.

Hi, this is a known bug at the moment. The website is showing a whole bunch of QF availability that is simply not there.


(Eg. flights Melbourne to Tokyo April 2019. Looks wide open every single day. It's not.)
