Hello.

I need to pick up a package at the DHL office at 3 Keith Smith Ave Mascot. It's somewhere at the domestic airport but I can't picture in my mind exactly where this is.

I either cab it or drive to the parking station, so my trips are on the road heading up to the departures level. When I leave the airport, I can't recall seeing the office.

Does anyone know where it specifically is and can offer some pointers about how to find it? I'll be driving to the airport so I want to get in and out as quickly as possible.

Thanks, pw.

It's very close to Krispy Kreme and Formule 1 hotel, if that helps. Walking distance from VA terminal.

IIRC, it's at the corner of Sir Reginald Ansett Drive and Ross Smith Ave. Entry via Ross Smith Ave.
Went there to pick up a parcel a couple of years ago, so don't know whether they have moved. Tricky place to find for first timers!!

Correct. If you're driving be in the most far left lane when heading on Ansett Drive. Just after you pass Ross Smith Ave there will be an exit to the left which takes you to a small car park for DHL customers. Then follow the walking path which goes in the direction you just drove from and you'll get there.

Hope that makes sense. First time I went the map put them literally next to the terminal. Took me ages to find it

You'll feel like you're going somewhere wrong when you take the left turn to the DHL car park (I think there's a sign that says taxis only but ignore that). And to confuse things there's the big DHL warehouse which is on the previous corner (that's where we ended up first). The Google Maps location is incorrect as you stated.

I can't remember what the sign says, but I know what you're talking about. After being there a few times I can see what it is trying to say, that is, taxis aren't allowed - but it's poorly worded when you have no idea where you're going and quickly glance at it.

Thanks everyone. I found it. Yes, that 'no taxis' sign does throw you for a loop. It's actually quite handy knowing you can collect from there - much easier than waiting for the delivery man and then having to chase them up when you realise you've missed them.
