Heathrow transfer from T4 to T1 - where to have a shower?

Hi all, flying in to LHR with Malaysian in business, landing at T4 and then heading to Belfast with BA (Y) so depart T1. Have Qantas platinum status. Transfer time is around 4 hours so we would like to get a shower but it looks like the lounge in T1 doesn't have a shower. Any suggestions? Perhaps we could use a one world arrivals lounge somewhere.

I don't like your chances of a shower - you won't be able to access any Airside deputies areas of T4.

The arrivals lounges at T5 & T1 are outside oneward rules.
