I have a flight out of T3 coming up and there is a new BA J lounge, or a Cathay J lounge and a Cathay F lounge. As an emerald I have a choice. Any comments on which is better ?

That's why I posted specific threads. Reading them both in order provides a comparative review of the lounges.

From what I read one can't really go past the new BA lounge, but YMMV.

Until the BA/QF FLounge opens, best option is probably CX FLounge. But be aware that it is only open in the hours before CX departures.

To cut through the mess of that thread.

Galleries First and the Elemis Spa have been built and are ready to open (the entrance is behind the temporary wall to the left of the 'Galleries' entrance sign on the curved wall). They will open when the T4 flights move over in October.

And I believe the BA lounge (current Galleries J lounge) does not have showers, while the CX lounge does.

Cathay Pacific First and Business Class lounge
London Heathrow Terminal 3
Opening hours: 0830 - 2200

I think this timing would catch 90% of flights out of London.

The thread link I posted indicates Finnair also employ the CX lounge so it's open for their flights as well.
