Has anyone used Yak Pay?

YP will not allow, although it was few month before they raised an issue with it

"Payments are not allowed to be made via our service to the same or a related organisation, either by ownership or directorship.

You can make payments directly to an independent entity, however you cannot pay yourself or other parties associated with your business and then use the funds."

Although the payee for me is neither those, just has the same last name, had the same issue when RP was all the rage, both were cleared up with an email declaration.

They also won't allow a payee without a contact email address.

BPAY

EBP is so annoying when you have to reenter the account details each time, I hope that is one of the "enhancements"

YP - now your catching on

EBP - yep should recall Payee acct deets each transaction - but it is what it is - copy and paste - only couple times each month so no biggie

Did anyone take advantage of the recent YakPay offer for new customers? 50,000 QFF points for making $10k in payments by 23rd April. I met all the requirements, but they seem very slow to award the points.

Yep - there's a different recent thread (name forgotten) in which YakPay directly references this - but yes, I received an email last week saying they should post this week sometime

+1 took advantage of this offer and received her 50,000 QF Business Rewards Points this evening.

I took advantage of the 20,000 point similar offer for existing customers and those points have also posted this evening.

Also got my 50k QBR bonus last week. I'm also impressed with how quickly points have been posting from each transaction - much better than B2BPay which takes months after each transaction.

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Don't know re bonus points, but a circa 1.35% for AMEX, it's decent value if you want to pay for points in current climate. Agree though - YP is easy to deal with, but haven't had any issues with Sniip either

Noticed this thread is a bit stale. Is anyone still using YP, happy? Any better alternatives?

What is EBP mentioned upthread?

A bit Irish when you want to attract new customers and offer bonuses to the referrer but not the referee?

Am I missing something, but why would anyone want to use yak pay?

I guess I am missing something.

Enables payment by CC that looks to the payee as a BPay. There is a charge on the CC but this might be less than the fee charge by the payee, and or allows payment to a payee that does not accept CC payment.
