Its a service similar to “I know the pilot” and others which alleges to find flight deals that nobody knows about saving hundreds if not thousands on ticket price.

Not heard of either. I figured it was something to do with exchange rates.

I generally suggest booking airfares directly with the airline - after using Google Flights to find the various offerings.

It gets better reviews than a lot of companies (4.2) but a lot of those I presume would be from the non-frequent flyer cohort.

Being retired I usually have plenty of time to do some research, look at various sources and I get a lot of tips on here. My most recent purchase where I saved a lot was via skyscanner on a 2hop route not highlighted by other sources.
