Has anyone ever used Insure4less?

My 21 year old daughter needs insurance in the USA pre and post a stint as a camp America counsellor in June for 3 months. She will mainly be travelling in the USA, Europe, the UK and Turkey (and will be doing a cruise with me for a week in Italy). Many insurance companies don't cover cruises but it looks like this one does and the price for the 5 months was $579.34 (excel Plus Package) which seemed very reasonable to me and it was half the cost of Allianz and a couple of other companies. Before we press the button I wanted to check they weren't fly by nighters! TIA.

Product review. They come in just below half good half bad. The bad ones seem to reflect on not reading the policy correctly in regards to excess.

Thanks Pagans. Yes the more I read the less I liked the sound of them. We ended up going with Allianz.
