Has anyone else not received their August Wine subscription?

They're usually spot on the date with these regular subscription wines but nothing at all this month. I had received the usual "Your upcoming subscription" email in mid July but then no money got deducted early August and I definitely haven't received my dozen. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue this month?

Currently on hold for ages trying to ask them which is odd, Phillipines call centre used to answer the phone in minutes but not I've been on hold for over 20 minutes...
