Has anyone else been sent a survey on the transfer process at SYD?

Business class bus

QR use these buses for transfer to/from aircraft at remote stands.
During mid 2023 trip, my DOH-BER flight had a jet bridge gate, but bused everyone to a remote stand. The Business class pax got held at door down to the apron because the Business class bus wasn't there yet (while economy pax boarded their bus). We ended up getting a first class bus out to the aircraft.

I used the TBus last year to get to Ridges from T3 and it was clearly a better experience than the Qantas transfer bus. The TBus was empty, the frequency was better. The Qantas transfer process is getting worse and worse. So much that allowing a Dom to Int transfer cannot be guaranteed according to the QF MTC. Especially if a Dom flight is cancelled and you are rebooked on a later flight. The Gate 15 area is so often very crowded and the buses do not run continuously which is very much needed at peak periods. The buses wait to get filled to the brim.
Question: If you are transferring between terminals, with QF boarding passes, do you have to use their bus or can you use the TBus?
I used the QF bus this week and premium status pax were boarded first but the 2 lines were both very long. You could read the faces of the non premium pax, there was standing room only before they were even boarded, a lot had to wait even longer for the next bus, probably 30 mins later, such is the totally inadequate service. Adds so much stress to the already horrendous SYD transfer process.
On the D - I side of things I believe you can do as you please, they can't really police you and its up to you if you missed the connection doing a self transfer instead of on QF (once they scan your BP or i they're tight you can talk to the staff there and they can relay all the info etc).

On the I - D side of things, apparently once you do the bag drop you have to go through the bus. My partner and I tried self transferring as I wasnt going to be continuing but she would so I couldn't take the bus. The QF staff chased us down to tell us that she has to get on the bus once they took her bags apparently.

Eventually did the survey @bPeteb and encourage others to do the same.
I don't hold out much hope they will take much notice but went with my bucket list - priority, frequency,, signage, assistance with delayed flights

You can use the Tbus, but coming back from int -> dom with QF, its much better to use the QF interterminal bus, as it drops you off in the secure dom zone, instead of having to do dom sec screening out the front, at T3.
Or if you are flying JQd after that QFi flight.
Going from dom -> int, if you have an overnighter, the T bus is good, or if you have a few hrs between your dom -> int flight.
Or if you have flown in with the 2nd cousin ie JQ from T2.
Tho, yes, the QF interterminal bus can be crowded, filled to the brim, but in a way tho, if you put up with the sardine can, you are dropped off in a better spot than out the front of T1.
If they (Tbus) drops you off at T1, you will still have to go upstairs to int dep to go through int sec screening and passport control, but the QF bus drops you off in that little corner area, that hasnt got every Tom/Karen/Harry/Dic*/Mary fighting for the spot to get to the various counters to check in.
If you get the QF interterminal bus, you would already have your BP, and can just go up that set of long escalators, and go behind the check in counters to int dep sec screening, and immi.
Lots of variables.
