Hi, I'd love a recommendation for a Hanoi airport VIP arrival service. Is it beneficial and does it save much time getting through immigration? We are flying J from Singapore with SQ, arriving 1125 am.

Have arrived through SGN many times but only HAN once. HAN is far quieter and faster to get through. We arrived on SQ in J and took 20 minutes from disembarking aircraft to being out front getting in our airport transfer.
Only a few people in immigration line and just had to show passport and hard copy of visa. Through in minutes, collected bags and exited

oh wow, very helpful. thanks!

I have not heard of it, but i do not think it is necessary at all. i have been able to get out of the terminal in less than 30 min many times. Some time in just 15 min, i would be in the car heading to Hanoi. HAN is a quite and small airport.

When flying out from HAN, you can be fast tracked through security and immigration on J ticket. There is no such thing when arriving.
