Hanoi business qff

I’m looking at taking a trip with the wife to Hanoi in late January. Budget 200,000 qff points. Is there any way to do business for that?

Qantas don’t fly to Hanoi but Cathay ( Dragonair) ,JAL, and Malaysian do, but I think 200k points is not enough for two in J. I appears to be about 180k each.

Could do CBR-SYD-HKG on QF for 120K per person, and buy the HAN sector from there instead.
