Hi All,

Doing a transfer between Haneda and Narita and had a couple of questions. I'm arriving on NH and transferring to SQ on a lifemiles award.

1. What is the best way to do the transfer? I had a look, and the limousine sounds like the easiest, but wondering if people had experience with trains etc and how easy it was.
2. I'm assuming that any checked bags would need to be collected and taken with me on the transfer?
3. Anything in particular I should be aware of?

Thanks!

Luis

The limousine bus takes 90 minutes IIRC.

Train may be quicker but involves a transfer.

I was looking at this for next April with an AA to JL transfer onward to cough.

In the end it fit me it worked out cheaper and more convenient to use GK from NRT.

There are trains from HND to NRT that don't require a transfer, but they still take over 1.5 hours. The limousine bus takes you from the arrivals level to the departures level, and has better frequency. They also have a pretty sophisticated system for dealing with traffic problems, whereas the trains are at the mercy of the broader rail system if something goes wrong.

So, without really adding anything to the above: catch the bus.
