Halfway holiday destination between Singapore and Sydney

Hello!
I was hoping for some suggestions for a good halfway holiday destination where I can meet up with my other half for a long weekend (4-5 days). Ideally it should be easy to get to from both Sydney and Singapore with approximately similar flight lengths.
Usually we fly between Singapore and Sydney but we were thinking about doing something different for a change.
We have met up in Perth before but not anywhere else. Any suggestions are welcome.

Bali, Lombok, and Jakarta aren't exactly halfway, but serves the purpose just as well.
