Just jump on the travelator in the opposite direction.Treadmills in the departure lounges would be excellent. Get the steps up and the legs tired before hopping on the plane. (Not running/joggjng/sweating though…).

Indeed, the Al Mourjan Garden Lounge has a fitness studio - AKA a (basic) gym.Didn't the Qatar J lounge in Qatar have a gym at one point? Might be misremembering but the only downside IMO of flying J/going to the lounge and eating and drinking heaps when travelling is I know I'm going to pay for ths in the gym later.
To paraphrase: "A moment on the lips, ~1.5hrs on the treadmill"
But also... YOLO
I feel like they missed a trick with that signage. Should read "Anytime Fitness. Arriving anytime now."This thread come to mind when I was in T1 arrivals in SYD this morning. Anytime Fitness coming soon! Great way to end a long-haul flight??
You would have enough time for a decent work out whilst you wait for the QF transfer bus though…

Fairly sure there is a similar one in TPE airside.

There used to be one airside near gate 43, but it appears they didn't survive to the current day. Thanks @Austman
Pity there wasn't one in Sydney last month
