So how do you add a profile banner? I don't see any option.

When this guide was written, only AFF Gold members were "AFF Supporters". I will have to see if we plan to extend this to Silver and/or Bronze or if I need to update this post. Understandably, it is not high on the list right now as the dust settles from our outage but I shall get back to you in due course.
