Yes, that's right.. happy clapper Benny Hinn.

From:
Ministry solicits to pay for jet | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle

"This version of Benny and the jet has nothing to do with the hit Elton John song. "Benny" is Benny Hinn, the Dallas-area televangelist. The jet is Dove One, a Gulfstream G4SP that his ministry recently acquired, according to his Web site.

Hinn's ministry did not return a call from the Houston Chronicle, but it has very publicly sought help paying for the plane. Hinn wants 6,000 of his "partners" to donate $1,000 each toward the down payment. Extensive information about Dove One on the Web site doesn't include the total cost, but similar Gulfstream jets appear to sell for at least $30 million."

God travels in mysterious ways my son!!!

According to his TV show it is second hand, oh and if you pay $1000 you get your name on the inside of the plane. BARGAIN!

Mal.

So the charlatan joins the ranks of some of the most vocal and prominent environmentalists.

Always "do as I say, not as I do" with these guys....

I wonder if he has room to park it outside his $10 million beachside house, or his ranch, or his holiday property (all paid for by his followers although he calls them "partners"). Given his $2 million a year salary you would think he could pay for his own J and F tickets:rolleyes:

This just shows how gullible Americans really are ... particularly those in the deep south - where I suspect most of his "donations" come from.

He's just another Jim Bakker, Ted Haggard, Jimmy Swaggart ... the list goes on.

This guy is a charlatan and a fraud.

He should be grounded for good and treated to a little hospitality in Leavenworth, Kansas - where all the bad preachers go ...

Been thinking about starting a cult.... a Learjet sounds like a nice incentive! :D

Notice how if you pay Benny you don't even get a free ride..... what a scrooge. At least I will give my proselytes a spin around the city if they pay a decent chunk.

Benny Hinn - the Bhagwan of the 21st Century?

He's certainly got about as much substance as the bearded, free-loving, orange man did!

OOooh I can't wait til Hillsong get their own Hillsong Jet, or perhaps the Hillsong Hornet. Its followers can get a ride if they pay an extra 10% on the fare! but hey, they'll throw in a free Gloria Jeans coffee with it.

As this is degenerating into questionable taste jokes and comments, this is a good time for closure
