Guangzhou (CAN) lounge question

Hi everyone! Wondering if anyone has passed through Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN) recently and used the China Southern VIP Lounge at the domestic terminal? This is the one that you can get in with Amex Plat and do not need Priority Pass - probably because it's part of the Plaza Premium network. Amex website shows this as "temporarily closed" - is this true as I can't find any information confirming this on the internet.

I'm sending a family member through CAN and wondering if it's worthwhile adding them as a supp card, which will be pointless if it's closed and all other domestic lounges are Priority Pass only.

EDIT: I think I found the answer myself, Plaza Premium website is now updated to state it will re-open on Sep 30th. My family member will miss out by a couple of days! Tough luck 😅
