EK has 2 x flights a day from DPS (1 x A380 and 1 x 777 with 2-3-2) and 3 x flights a day to FRA (1 x A380 and 2 x 777 with newer 1-2-1 configs)

Pick the 1945 from DPS rather than the 0035 as - most of the time - this will be scheduled as an A380.

This seems to be the best flight combination, this is taken from mid to late July next year.

All flights A380 except the leg into FRA which should be on a 1-2-1 777.

The price in the screenshot is the cheapest fare without lounge, seat selection. But the prices in my header should more or less be found on the EK website with lounge, chauffeur in FRA and seat selection.

Nothing special if your looking at ex Asia on multiple carriers, love Bali but DPS isn’t on my list of fav airports/lounges

EK doesn't have that many deals like this. It's typically EY/TK (pretty good airlines themselves) though sometimes QR can have good deals.

I've flown out of CGK and MNL like this before but I'd rather spend a couple of days in Bali either side than in either of those cities.

Also for WP the DPS lounge might be coughpy but using the EK F lounges would make up for this. EK also have their own lounge in FRA which is typically better than the contract lounges that other airlines might use on the European side.

I have similar pricing ex SIn and BKK for a trip in June to ZRH on EK, QR and EY

These prices are mid to late July which makes a difference as it's more into peak period.

Ex SIN I'm finding similar pricing only with EK but with a 20h wait in AUH. Other prices incl TK are at least $700 r/t more expensive.

Ex BKK I can see similarish prices with AY (but long wait times in HEL). EY are about $300 more once the option with lounge is selected and also has 8hr waits at AUH on at least one leg.

DPS is also closer to Australia and so you're paying for a greater distance than from BKK/SIN.

I just checked our trip dates and prices are excellent.
Yep, I search the ex Asia J flight combinations regularly and this is a particularly great deal for several reasons.

Starting in DPS (nicer base than CGK/MNL to spend some time pre/post), great airline, no coughpy middle seat business class seating, good lounges except at DPS (but MNL lounge isn't much better and CGK is average), great connections from EU airport too.

If you have Avios you can do either SYD/MEL - DPS in Garuda A330 J for only 40k Qatar points each way too.

We finish off the jet lag in DPS just hanging around beaches and pools then a day flight back to Adelaide.

We just booked QR ex CGK (again) for the same price (Classic J not Lite). Open jaw into / out of Europe for Aug/Sep. Several other city pairs sub $4k. Charged in AUD with no fees.
QR ex CGK is a great option too. Good for SC earn too.

But DPS is a nicer starting/ending point and has typically been more expensive than CGK.
