Had a play with this today. Best Flights (Australian) have a booking engine that lists up to 30 LCCs in the one place. Great tool for reference, but then book direct with the individual LCC.

Has individual airline route maps for each LCC as well

Neat little interface they have there.

The LCC route map is a nice feature.

I will be trying out my second LCC, Aegean Airlines, next month and they even have a FF program. coughet Air was the first ever LCC I used a few years back. Great experience and even served some sort of rice dish and drink on the 45 minute DMK-HKT return flights.

Couldn't have been worse than the recent trip someone took on one of the Indonesian LCC's (1-2-Go?) and was given a big mac as the flight food..
