I made a booking around 10pm but then realised my error after going for a walk and made the change around 2am. I made the change online and copped a fee of 5,000 QFF + $1. Have filled in the Customer Care Form asking if this could be refunded on this occasion - is there any change that QF will say yes? Or do I have to cop it sweet?

You need to phone to make free changes within 24hrs.
Worth chasing customer care for a refund though
