+1 for the SkyTrain. Very flexible with the two handles, shoulder strap and backpack conversion. Would buy another in an instant, but with no signs of wear after 2 years, it may be a while.

I've used one of these for years. Brilliant. Can pack enough for a working week away. I've got the small laptop bag too which slips perfectly in the middle section.

+1 for Air Boss
Used it for a few years now. I am a carry-on only traveller. Red Oxx have wonderful effective clothes folding instructions. My dinner suit comes out uncreased. The best thing about Red Oxx is their Warranty. It comes with a "guaranteed forever" warranty and in my opinion, it is a sure bet that it will very seldom be called upon.
